I don't think I had to sign out of Live, as it still showed me as signed in, in the upper right corner.
It took a second and then it reconnected and everything worked fine after that. At the main menu (don't play anything), I clicked on the menu button in the top left corner, went to Game Settings, scrolled down and told it to Enable Cloud Saving. When the Cloud Save Error box popped up, I clicked continue, proceed, ok, or whatever it says to disable cloud saving and proceed to where I could play the game. This is how I got it fixed: - Loaded up MS Ultimate Word Games. I think it's just a connection error where it can't read your Gamertag properly, so it won't connect to the Cloud, cause it can't verify who you are to download the correct data. Wasn't happening with any of the other "free" MS games though. Was happening with MS Ultimate Word Games and Fallout Shelter.
